This month, our Health Promotion Program and Youth Team have been busy organizing a series of events for our new clients, and one of the highlights was our recent day at Forest Park. Activities included visiting the Forest Park Zoo, playing games, and engaging with the parents in conversations around education and building a strong community. The event culminated in a shared picnic, where we all enjoyed delicious food and each other’s company! The day was a wonderful opportunity for our clients to connect with one another and with our staff, fostering a sense of belonging and support within the community. We’re grateful to everyone who made this day possible.
Last week we held a back-to-school event to provide backpacks, uniforms, and school supplies to outfit kids for the start of the new school year.
