Thank You for a Wonderful Blossom Brunch

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Blossom Brunch in support of Jewish Family Service of Western Massachusetts. We are deeply grateful to the many community members, sponsors, volunteers, and partners whose generosity and presence helped make the morning such a meaningful and successful gathering.

Held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Sinai Temple in Springfield, Blossom Brunch brought together friends of JFS to celebrate community, connection, and the vital work of our programs serving local individuals and families.

We extend special appreciation to our event sponsors whose support made this event possible. Their generosity helps sustain JFS programs serving refugees and immigrants, older adults, youth, and families throughout our community.

All proceeds from Blossom Brunch support JFS programs and services that restore stability, protect dignity, and help create paths toward self-sufficiency for individuals and families throughout our region.

The mission of Jewish Family Service of Western Massachusetts is to serve as a community leader, partnering with people to achieve fulfilling lives. Founded in 1898 by Jewish community members guided by the concept of tikkun olam — a moral obligation to repair the broken world — our organization now serves a population as diverse as the Springfield neighborhood in which we are located.

Our current programs focus on:

  • Behavioral Health
  • Jewish Life and Community
  • New Americans
  • Older Adults and Caregiver Support
  • Volunteer Projects
  • Youth Services

In 2025, JFS served more than 6,000 clients and engaged over 2,000 community members.

We look forward to gathering again at Blossom Brunch next spring.
