RESERVE OUR COMMUNITY SPACE  

A welcoming space built for the community.

We are excited to offer our newly renovated space for community use.

Our Vision: To provide a safe, accessible, and well-equipped environment where community groups can come together to organize, share resources, and celebrate cultural events. Priority will be given to Ethnic-Based Community Organizations (ECBOs) for whom fees are waived.

 About the Space:

Available for immediate reservation. Schedule for repeat bookings or single events. Prime location at the X in the Forest Park neighborhood in Springfield. Whether your group is hosting a meeting, workshop, cultural gathering, or community event, this space is designed to fit your needs with:

-Full handicap accessibility

-Large and small multipurpose meeting rooms

-Air Conditioning and Heat

-Copy Machine

-Digital technology for presentations and events

-Flexible, moveable furniture

-Kitchenette

-Two bathrooms

-Wi-Fi

 Rental Information:
-$50 per hour

-Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your reservation

-Fees are waived for Ethnic-Based Community Organizations (ECBOs) and member-led nonprofit organizations

-Other community members and nonprofits may request a fee waiver through the online request form

-All waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
