Last month, JFS staff and family came together for our annual summer picnic to celebrate all the great work of this past year. We enjoyed delicious food from Fresh Dish Halal, sweet treats, and plenty of refreshments to carry us through the activities of day. Beyond our always competitive soccer games, the highlight was the children’s water balloon toss, filled with laughter and joy.
As a social services agency dedicated to supporting our community, this event was a perfect opportunity for our staff to recharge and strengthen the bonds that make our team so effective. It was a day of relaxation and connection, allowing us to reflect on our shared mission and renew our commitment to serving those in need.
