Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Clinic

TPS Clinic 

Pre-registration for the Haitian TPS Clinic in Springfield is now open, and the forms found at the link below must be completed as soon as possible. If you fill out the forms at this link and you are eligible for TPS, you will be confirmed to attend the clinic and we will help you apply for TPS for free. Most Haitians who have lived in the United States since or before June 3rd, 2024, are eligible for TPS. This pre-registration is mandatory for each head of household and must be completed no later than October 14th. If a couple is not married, each adult needs to fill out a form. Families can fill it out independently, or seek help from a case manager or from JFS if needed to fill out this form.

The link will ask you background questions and ask you to upload immigration and identification documents for all family members. Please be ready to provide this information when you click on the registration link.

Instructions:

1. When you click the link, enter first name, last name, and email address in the spaces provided. (Lè ou klike sou lyen an, antre premye non, dènye non, ak adrès imèl nan espas ki bay la). 
2. An email will be sent with a security code to access and complete the questionnaire. (Yon imèl ap voye avèk yon kòd sekirite pou jwenn aksè ak konplete kesyonè a.) 
3. The questionnaire should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. (Kesyonè a ta dwe pran apeprè 15 a 20 minit pou fini). 
4. All requested documents should be uploaded, and each question should be answered honestly. (Tout dokiman yo mande yo ta dwe telechaje, epi chak kesyon ta dwe reponn onètman).

• If unsure of an answer, provide your best guess. Individuals will have the opportunity to meet with an immigration attorney at the clinic for further guidance. (Si ou pa sèten sou yon repons, bay pi bon devin ou. Moun yo ap gen opòtinite pou yo rankontre ak yon avoka imigrasyon nan klinik la pou plis gid). 
• Though the form is only for the head of household, the documents submitted should include those for all household members. (Menmsi fòmilè a se sèlman pou chèf fanmi an, dokiman yo soumèt yo ta dwe genyen ladan yo pou tout moun nan kay la.)

Documents you will be asked to upload and bring to the clinic:

• Passports (Paspò)
• I-94s (if available) (E- Katrevenkat Si Disponib)
• Birth Certificates (Sètifika nesans)
• DTA Letter (Let DTA)
• Proofs of Continuous Residency (Prèv rezidans kontinyèl)
• Example: Medical bill, pay stub, or any document that includes the head of household’s name, address, and a date on or before June 3rd, 2024. (Egzanp: Bòdwo medikal, fich peye, oswa nenpòt dokiman ki gen non tèt fanmi an, adrès, ak yon dat sou oswa anvan 3 jen 2024.) 
• Any other immigration documents (Nenpòt lòt dokiman imigrasyon)
