Our incredible HOSTs (Host Organization Support Teams) provide continuity of relationship, connection, and support, from preparing housing for new arrivals to teaching digital literacy, providing transportation, enrolling in ESL classes, job skills mentoring, tutoring children, securing employment, teaching financial literacy, and more!
Each of our eleven HOST teams have gone above and beyond to welcome and help newly arrived families and individuals with all aspects of their daily lives. Recently two of the groups assisted the head of the households to obtain their driver licenses. They assisted these clients with preparing for the permit tests, practiced driving with the, and accompanied them to the test. And to top this off, both gifted the clients used vehicles to support their families. Other groups have established weekly student tutoring groups in homes, help transport women to group social events every weekend, and go above and beyond for their families.Upper & Lower Valley HOST Teams!
