Caregiver Support Groups

Our Caregiver Support Groups can help provide support, education and information regarding coping with the many specific needs of caring for an aging parent, spouse, friend or relative.

Why join a support group?

Support Groups are a valuable community resource. A support group is a safe place where you can share your feelings, learn from others and feel validated and connected to those going through a similar situation.

Support groups allow you to share your experiences, strength and hope with other people in comparable circumstances. It is in relation to one another that we can realize our greatest potential for quality of life. You don’t have to go it alone…Join us!

Currently all Caregiver Support Groups are being held remotely.

There is no charge for the following Caregiver Support Groups:

Longmeadow /Springfield Area Group: Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Facilitator: Cathy Chandler, MSW, LICSW, Jewish Family Service of WM.

Northampton Area Groups: Mondays, 10:00 – 11:45 am; Tuesdays, 10:00 – 11:45 am
