Springfield – Do your shoe laces keep coming untied? Do your feet swell or hurt? Do you feel unbalanced and are afraid to fall? If you want to know a lot more about how feet and footwear work then join JFS for “How to Keep Your Feet Happy” on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, 1:00 p.m.- 2:30 p.m. in Jewish Family Service’s Community Room, 1160 Dickinson Street, Springfield, MA.

Kate Clayton-Jones, MSN, RN CFCS and founder of FootCare by Nurses will present an entertaining workshop that teaches you everything from how to balance better on your feet, to what toes are supposed to do and when. No matter your age or health condition, this hands-on workshop will help you optimize your overall health.

Bring your shoes and socks and be prepared to be engaged!
