Aging Well, #Giving Tuesday, Giving Coats and Our Impact Report

We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your loved ones. We truly are grateful for friends like you who are part of our JFS family. Every time you provide welcome kits, clothing, or bicycles to help ease a refugee family's transition, every time you attend a JFS-sponsored event, every time you tell someone about a JFS program or service, and every time you support us with a financial gift, you become an integral part of the JFS mission. Thank you!

#Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday is a day when the world comes together to be generous. You can join this movement by giving to JFS today.

Aging Well: Living with Joy, Resilience and Spirit

Aging will happen to all of us naturally, but aging well takes careful planning. Now is the time to begin to plan an enjoyable, wise, active and fruitful later life. Come hear about some tools and get tips on how to get the most out of growing older from special guest presenter and JFS board member Barbara Z. Perman, Ph.D. on Wed, 12/6 at 6 p.m.

Help us get refugee youth ready for winter

We need new and gently-used (please only coats in really good condition!) warm winter coats for refugee youth ages 13-18. You can drop off these at our Main Office, 15 Lenox Street, Springfield.

See what YOU helped us accomplish this year!

Our 2017 Impact Report is here and shows what we've been able to accomplish together.

A highlight: We've helped 1,140 individuals strengthen their Jewish connections through Rosh Hodesh, Jewish Family Jam, Passover Food Project, ESSEN-tials- a kosher food program with Rachel's Table and community educational presentations that we hosted like "Jewish Genetics" and "Talking to your kids about antisemitism."
