Presenter:
Robin Putnam, Research and Special Projects Manager at the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation. In her role, she has conducted over 350 lectures in 191 different towns and cities in the Commonwealth providing consumers with information, education and resources.
